This brooch centers upon a large hexagonal aquamarine cabochon, cut from a large crystal. The stone is especially deep blue of colour, and a cloud of reflecting inclusions shimmers in the sun. On two sides a chalcedony cabochon has been set atop the aquamarine. The reverse of the stone has been partially pierced, creating a unique effect when viewing the stone.
