A spectacular tiara, made from 18 carat yellow gold and silver, set with a large star sapphire of 10 ct, and many carats of sapphire beads. The piece is also able to be worn as a necklace, when it is detached from it's frame. When detached, the articulated pieces of the jewel move smoothly.
