An amazing, untreated, star ruby is the centerpoint of this jewel. The brooch lends the concept of a classical entourage jewel, but with a wholly modern twist. The ruby is surrounded by a torsade of blue sapphire beads. All is made in 18 carat gold.
 
The ruby weighs a spectacular 24.49 carats, and is NEL certified, the surrounding sapphires weigh approximately 61 carats.
